"In my opinion...
the use of electronic devices before sleeping
might be the biggest cause of sleep deprivation in youth"
"...people often brag about
how little sleep they get, and this makes it feel normalized or necessary
to feel like you're studying enough"
Our Mission

In the era of social media and competitive academics, many teenagers and youth are not getting the requisite amount of sleep, or are sleeping poorly. Insomnia and other sleep problems are increasing, adding to the problem. Additionally, there are limited resources available to help youth with sleep. Our goal is to help individuals who are experiencing difficulties in sleeping or managing their sleep schedule, and to spread awareness of the public health epidemic that is sleep insufficiency.
